How it works

    Install the app

    Install Hippo H1 from the “Get the app” section below and create an account (internet is required to sign in).

    Apply the sensor

    Apply the sensor following the leaflet in the box and the tutorial videos.

  3. 3

    Pair the sensor

    Scan the sensor code in the app to pair it over Bluetooth.

  4. 4

    Monitor and share

    Follow trends, alerts and reports in the app, and invite family to H-Link if you wish.

Hippo H1 — For the wearer

  1. Step 1

    Download the installer directly from KMT’s server.

  2. Step 2

    Open the downloaded file and tap “Install”.

    • If you see “Install unknown apps” / “not allowed”: open Settings → turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.
    • If Google Play Protect warns you, tap “More details” → “Install anyway” — the file comes from KMT’s official server.
    • After installing, open the app and sign in (internet required).
On a computer? Scan with your phone.

    • Tap “Get” in the App Store and wait for it to install — no need to open it.
  2. Step 2

    Then get the app: Hippo H1

    Download Hippo H1
    • Tap it on your iPhone; TestFlight opens. Tap “Accept”, then “Install”.
    • The app appears on your home screen — open it and sign in.
    • TestFlight builds are renewed periodically; if a build expires, install the update from TestFlight or repeat these steps.
On a computer? After step 1, scan this with your iPhone camera.

H-Link H1 — For family & caregivers
