The Environmental Health and Disaster Management group has been active in the health sector since 2004. It provides disaster preparedness solutions: measures that save lives, speed up recovery and reduce the impact of disasters through innovative approaches.

### Environmental Health
The specialized biosecurity and food security group began operating in the health sector in 2006. Passionate about developing innovative hygiene solutions, we partnered with Envirolyte to bring Anolyte solution technology to Iran for the first time. By localizing Envirolyte technology in Iran, we produce Anolyte solution, which controls cross-contamination via air, water, and surfaces and can be used in fields such as agriculture, food, animal husbandry, and healthcare. Anytizer contains chlorine-oxygen compounds at a neutral pH; it is a safe, broad-spectrum, high-level green disinfectant that kills bacteria (including spores), viruses, and fungi in a wide range of environments and industries. Our services also include accessories and complementary equipment such as Dry Fog systems, Bactiscan devices, and vehicle and personnel disinfection tunnels.

### Disaster Management
KMT's Disaster Preparedness Management department began operating in the health and medical sector in 2004. As Iran is considered one of the ten most disaster-prone countries in the world, the group provides advanced, innovative solutions in times of disaster, along with health services during such crises.

These services are provided in two sectors:

- Design and supply of rapid-deployment lightweight field hospitals and advanced medical and aid posts.
- Purification and disinfection of water in camps and mobile hospitals during disasters.

Over the years, the group has had the honor of equipping the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran, universities of medical sciences across the country, and rescue organizations with all kinds of equipment for field hospitals (RDH), advanced medical posts, forward surgical teams, rescue boats, air cushions, and mobile clinics, as well as purifying and supplying safe drinking water for relief camps and field hospitals.
